A high boards, very special. K high boards, reasonably special, Q high boards, less special. J high boards not special and so on. :-)
So much of villains 3! range is AK that boards that contain them favor villain a bunch.

Notably, vs a a 100% cbet, we generally raise more, but we don't actually call a ton more.

I def don't like calling the raise. You're basically drawing to 4 outs when you call. You'll have a million better hands to call with here. This is very close to the absolute bottom of our range here. What worse hands do we ever have here?
Dang, sorry to hear it! I used to be on a different training site that had really active discussion. I love the content here, but the lack of discussion is really a struggle!
