Hi,
Not sure if this has been mentioned at all but when I'm trying to read what I'm writing in the comment box it hurts my head :D
I think the font is too light.

I'm not familiar with live play very much but what do you think he is thinking about your 3bet sizing on the turn? Would you normally size it down a little with your stronger hands, and do you feel he is capable of understanding when you are 3betting for value with a made hand or with a strong draw?
Given the board texture and his bet sizing, if I were him it would look a lot like you were trying to push me out of the hand rather than get value which would make sense given my small bet sizing. In addition, because the board is so incredibly wet it's unlikely that you would want to risk giving up value of a Q or a made flush my raising so much as it would only fold out weak weak hands and keep in stronger(you would think).
Overall, he's either a donk who can't fold a pair or a thinking player :D
If he is a donk then the river shove was bad. If he is a thinking player then I would lower your 3bet on the turn. Which ever is best depends on your additional reads.

My initial thought here was to agree with Robert and lean more towards betting but I think the hand needs some more information to decide which way is best. When considering double barreling it will be important to know whether or not he will 3bet his air or just his made hands. Is he just a calling station or is he LAG through the whole hand?
I am also curios as to what his sizing on the turn tells you about what part of his range he is on, bottom or top?
As for the x/r I don't think it's correct to say that it is a very bad play. Your B/E fold frequency is 60% which sounds pretty good given (I'm assuming) his range here consists a lot of Ax, FDs and overs. So, while there are more optimal ways to extract value I don't think your losing a ton of money here.
Finally, I would say that the check call is the worst option as the river is going to very difficult to play and likely the easiest way to burn stacks of $1 bills :D

If your not in the U.S. then I'd say Pokerstars is the way to go to get experience. Not sure what type of games your looking for: Hold'em, PLO, other?
Hold'em has a lot of material to learn from available for free but as a result the games are a little tougher.
PLO on the other hand is still developing so if you don't have any experience in most games then going there could prove a very good investment for the games in the future (assuming it continues to grow).
Overall, I agree with Adam that you should try anything and everything to see what you like. That way, you're more likely to enjoy the journey :D

First thought would be to 3bet less. Given stack sizes a min raise would work if it's true he doesn't like to fold. This would make the SPR<1 and if he's aggressive enough or just frustrated might shove any turn with a lot of his range.
Looking at his position and pfr I would guess he either hit the A, the Q, or has a pp.
If he has AJ he might even 4bet AI if he thinks you'll fold or if he's just fishy. Either way, you could bet 1/3 pot on turn and still be able to get it in on the river although the sooner the better given possible draws that might scare him or you away from putting more money in the pot.

I would also agree. I think it might actually cause more interaction from micro stakes players as it would be less intimidating posting a 5nl hand right after a couple 50nl hands were posted. I think it would also result in more accurate discussions from people experienced with the player pools in those stakes rather then just using theory that might not be optimal for exploiting common weaknesses at those levels.
