How many buy ins before you step up in limits? Good luck by the way. Im currently at the 25 plo and hoping to be at the 50 soon.

What a post! Thanks Aleksandra. I am coming to realize that my current knowledge of poker is a joke. I have been playing the game for years, and surprisingly a small winning to break even player. I imagine I know more then your average player, but not a fraction of what people who consistently study the game know.

Midori thank you for the welcome, and I agree with everything you said. I very rarely would vpip with a hand like that. I think that needs to go from very rarely to non existent.
Jesse your also right except about my avatar. Charlie from it's always sunny being an evangelist might be the best moment in the history of television. " I got the lord, I got the good lord going down on me"
Do you guys suggest any literature about Plo? more specifically something that would help me understand the math end of it all.

I have never posted a hand for analysis so I'll do my best. Im playing 25 Plo .10 .25 blinds. I know my preflop play is going to seem horrible, and it probably is way to loose, but I will explain my reasoning. So here goes.
The SB and I have been in a few decent pots already and he seems to be steaming a little and 3 betting constantly. I feel he would get it all in very lightly so my goal was to isolate him and catch him light. I normally would be folding a hand like this preflop but I decided against in hopes we would be heads up.
btn-23.73
sb- 29.20
bb-25.00
utg- 25.00
hj-82.21 (hero) 10c 4c 3 8 os
co-7.50
Pre flop -Utg folds, (hero) min raise to .50, co calls, btn calls, sb raises 2.75, bb calls, hero calls, co calls, button calls. Pot is now 13.75
Flop - J,6,5 rainbow - Sb bets 13.75, BB raises 22.25 all in, and after I tank for a while I end up shoving as well, the cutoff and btn ended up going all in as well. Luckily it turned out in my favor when the turn blanked and I hit a 2 on the river.
Do you think getting it in on the flop was the correct play?
Can't help with a room, but good luck if your gonna play any events.
