Info on BN, tight but solid player (reg). Folded as I anticipated the BN calling, felt I was potentially ahead of SB.

Thanks, the reasons you stated are exactly why I did not want to put in a 4 bet. Folding pre flop does make sense too, had it been AK suited would you still be folding this preflop?

First I think I'd start with checking on the turn to pot control a little, yes there's draws available but there's also many combinations of hands that are already beating you since he flat called your 3 bet and you may already be crushed.
The only hand I can possibly see him bluffing with is the AJdd but that's very unlikely. Unless he happens to have complete air, which again is unlikely considering the flat call.
Out of curiosity, what hand did he happen to have? 2 pair on the flop turned into a rivered flush?

Yeah after putting more thought into the hand I feel I should've folded preflop; the flat call from the loose player spun me off track a bit.
I was 100% folding if he did not flat.

I think I would prefer betting slightly less on the flop, more like 1/3 of the pot.
I then would prefer proceeding with a check on the turn as I think the T is more likely to improve him rather than yourself, plus the chances of you getting him to fold a pp here are slim unless he happens to have 55 which still may find a call with the straight draw.
River is the perfect card for you to triple barrel on due to it completing the back door flush and also giving your range top pair a lot of the time, turning a lot of your bluffs into value hands and it's very unlikely he would have made it to the river with hands such as KQ/KJ but I think you are targeting too small of a range here for it to be a profitable bluff scenario as it is only middle pocket pairs/A6 that you will be getting to fold along with a bunch of hands you are already beating such as the various Ax combinations.
So, I think I would prefer giving up once the T on the turn arrives and would go for a check/fold option to the river.

This hand came about earlier whilst I was playing, how could I of played this better?
Folding on the river did not seem like the most appropriate play at the time, but I feel I am mistaken here. Obviously I was betting looking to extract value from flush draws, which finally got there on the river so once it came about I was unsure how to act facing a bet on the river. Any feedback is appreciated.

Raise flop, I would jam into the flop as the pot is already a significant size. Turn is disgusting once the iso raise comes in, leaving you in a tough spot and I think I would also find a fold here the majority of the time.
