Dimitris, I see you are trying to meditate and I know that its sometimes hard at the beginning, but try guided meditations first. You have a lot of stuff on youtube. Yes, a lot of crap as well, but some of them are really awesome, in fact, there are so many of them you can choose what kind of a guiding voice do you prefer...

Maybe Vishen is a bit too fast/advanced, but the main goal at the beginning should be that you know how to relax your body and focus your thoughts on one particular thing (take your time while meditating, dont rush and guide your thoughts). Meditation is not about being thoughtless, but its about controling your thoughts, my opinion/what I heard :)
...back to relaxing your body; with guided meditation I learned how to relax every single muscle of my body, especially my face...only then, I realized how much tention is in our face muscles...
