Can you please elaborate a little bit more on your limping ranges from EP/MP (e.g. at 38:30 you said you would also limp when there are shorter stacks behind you)? What would be hands you limp/raise/jam? I know that solvers like to limp from BTN, but have not really heard that from EP/MP so far yet...
