This tale leaves a bad taste in my mouth, do what I say not what I do is what I see charlatans doing everyday, now my sample size for charlatans isn't huge so he may be an exception but I am not a fan of these types of things.

my best 6 months of poker happened when i did a 6 month 1200 calorie crash (used to be a big guy so yeah, maint was ~3k do to 2500 during that period), being hungry is just motivating, and when playing poker I don't feel the hunger. All I did was playing and study poker, gotta do interesting stuff when you can't eat!
