there are tons of good, winning players out there who gamble for a living including me.
i am talking live here since i only play live.
my suggestion is try to find someone close to you, perhaps frequenting the tables you play live. online... don't know... not my cup of tea...

however... if you want to try check out Andreas Fröhli or JNandez.
both from switzerland. they seem to not doing too bad in PLO

tighten up, especially postflop too. (and even more in high raked games)
only play premiums and pp's (6-6 up)
always be prepared to fold even or especially in bloated pots.

I'd rather prefer A-5-ish hands in favor of A-2-ish hands because of the well known reasons...
Depending on the table(s) I'd probably not even consider playing em at all or only late (limping when the whole wall did) or IP
