Alright so this is mostly at the 500 PLO zoom games and I just wanted to know if any of you had some advice on improving my non showdown winnings as it looks pretty awful.. I definitely have holes in my game and am still learning how to play PLO optimal but I do feel I play fairly balanced game in regards to bluff raising/ 2 barreling and 3 barreling, things that in my head should be good for non showdown winnings but just does not seem to help as you can see, and I feel like if i can somehow improve non show down winnings it could really help my game.
Any advice/thoughts is greatly appreciated!

Your hand looks pretty good to check back flop as there are lots of turn cards that will improve your actual hand and then the cards that do not improve your hand will hit a good portion of your perceived range and will be able to bluff them on turns and rivers.

Wondering if anyone has a good explanation on if I should be running it twice or not. Other then it cutting variance is there any different reasons I should want to do this? I play 1/2 to 25/50 PLO and have never really clicked the run it twice option but I do notice most of the top players in the games I play do run it twice.

Great video and enjoyed hearing your overall strategy for the 200 zoom field. Have you considered doing the same kind of video for the 500 zoom PLO?

Thanks Tom, and yes I am always looking to improve regardless of results and and non SD seems like it could use some. I appreciate your input and think I will take a look at some post flop stats.
