I was 2100 in chips , opponent has super deep stack of 9000

blinds are 25/50, this is an 109 freezeout

I was dealt AA in late position, opponent open 150UTG, I 3-bet to 370, he flated

Flop came 8JQ rainbow, he check I bet 600 , he shove , I snapped he showed 910os for flopped nuts straight......

did I do anything wrong??? anything wrong with my play?
