na I keep flux on as well im not sure why,think its coz wen I take them off its like looking into the sun. All the problems I had with my eyes have now disappeared so I couldnt be happier with them.

its the partypoker premier league type in youtube or pokertube and will come up. They basically play a few sit and gos where u get points to reach the final table. It was on skysports in the uk.

I use get really bad eye flicker and red eyes when grinding, flux didn't seem to help too much, then got Gunnars Jigsaw onyx to wear with flux and can grind no trouble now, id recommend!

nice video Akira, at 26.25 u 3 bet aj and say its a loose 3 bet, I like the 3 bet any better ace most likely would jam and u put him in an awkard situation with his stack size, is it just because its pre antes ud prefer a fold and wot wud u do with a10 suited and a j suited, thanks

yeh I think standard was the wrong term but in this situation being on the bubble, 3 reshove stacks behind I just think it folds out a lot of there reshove range. I also noticed the replayer hasn't included the antes which would make it slightly more profitable id imagine. btw I got called out the sb with 55 which I dint expect,cheers for the comments all.

Hi akira, nice video at min 24.15 u folded a6 to a button open, do u never 3 bet fold these type of hands from the sb as better aces would generally get it in pre so would be ahead his flatting range? what hands do u prefer to 3bet from a button open?thanks 

U mean rush right?agreed that tilt needs sort it's plo volume,wen they reintroduce black card I wana try grind on tilt but there's just not enuf traffic at plo to achieve it

ur 3bet is fine as ur isolating a weaker player id make it bigger tho,I think u have to bet the flop a heavy part of ur 3 betting range is aaxx if u check back with flush draws and straight draws on this board ur basically sayin I dnt have a hand that can withstand much heat on later streets,i would 3/4 bet flop then again on all brick turns and maybe check back river because i cant see villain calling with worse at that point.

nice vid Tom,notetaking is something I do a lot at low stakes plo,maybe in a future video u could quickly go thru ur hud and situtations where notetaking isnt enough and u use ur hud
