-Run a half marathon.
-Diversify my funds, invest in something.
-I want to have a 200k bankroll by the time I get out of school, I would feel comfortable playing the stakes I want to play for a living then. That is in 17 months, 12/17*(200k-60k)=99k for this year to be on track with this goal. Looks like I need a good summer.
-Get back into skateboarding.
-Travel, number 1 on the list of destinations is Australia.
-Keep good relationships with family/friends.
-Keep improving my game. Analyze sessions on drives home and post anything that seems unclear to me on here.

Yeah you are definitely right. Not sure why I didn't think about 3 betting with these stacks.

Yes I meant he folds 3/4.4 times, I just threw a number out. You are probably right that it would be higher than 68%, if he is folding a higher percentage of the time it would just make the turn play less valuable.
For the turn equity on non A non red jt9 cards I took the sum of the equities for each card that was not an ace or red jt9 from your chart and divided the total by 35.
Good thread, I thought playing the turn the way you said would be better at first.

This is assuming he is
never folding flop and he is folding 3% of the time when an ace comes on the
turn. Looks like flop jam is best(352.6>349.978), decreasing the percent he folds ace turns makes it better to play the turn as you said though. I think this
is right, I used your equity readouts. Just say something if you have any
questions or want the excel file to mess with the numbers.

You are going to lose that 1800 back ~3% of the time when he doesn't have enough of a hand to call it off when you hit an ace on the turn. The chance of him jamming hands you have enough equity against to call it off on the turn and fold seems like it would be high with this type of villain. The chance he folds a turn ace and your turn equity vs needed equity to call it off is not far enough apart to justify calling flop instead of getting it in.

1. Playing hands in position.
2. Not playing hands out of position.
3. Not getting it in with 0 equity or very low equity.
4. Straddling in position in deep games if the option is available.
5. Hand selection.

Villain 1- Very aggressive, regular pro in all the local games. PLO is his worst game and one of his biggest leaks is 3 and 4 betting with complete trash. I've seen him 3 bet out of position to 400 with ak65 no suits. Stack is approximately 2500.
Villain 2- Businessman. Regular in the no limit games, recently started playing plo. Rarely raises, have never seen him raise with low rundowns or mid rundowns. Stack is approximately 6000.
Hero- Stack covers both
Hero BTN- straddle 20, SB fold, Villain 1(BB) calls, utg and utg+2 call, Villain 2 raises to 125 in HJ. Hero 6543ss calls, villain 1 raises to 550, utg and utg+2 fold, villain 2 calls. I was just wondering if I can profitably call this or is it just spew?
I will be there the whole series, will mainly be playing the 5/5 PLO at the rio so will be taking breaks in the lounge to meet everyone and come ask people about hands that made my head spin. Looking forward to it.
