Well, i've be seeing some free content videos from RIO, looking for some starting point,
and I got some ideas in these videos:
- Choosing The Right Poker Strategy
- Run It Once Training: GTO vs EXPLOITATIVE Play - Why Not Both?
So, I added this information with some previous ideas, and I decided to follow some steps.
1) Improving understanting in poker by studying basic GTO
- I'll be reading n studying the book "Applications of NLHE" as Zinhao recomendation. The objective is to build a minimum knowledge to define new steps.
- Will give some focus on build default balanced ranges as starting point.
2) When I fell good about it, and have some data, i'll take some time looking for players patterns, leaks and tendencies.
that's it for today.

Hello guys,
Decided to start this journal to solve some of my mental barriers. The ideia is to publicize my problems and challenges.
Following the path of my references also motivated me to start this.
But first, let me introduce myself.
My name is Breno, i'm a 24 years old brazilian guy. My first contact with poker was in 2014, and since then I've never stopped playing.
I started playing sng and I played for some MTT teams (micro limits), but I found myself at the cash games.
I realized recently that I never gave 1% of what it takes to reach my poker goals.
Truly I've realized this for a long time, but some bad habits, and mental weakness keep me from improving.
I recently found the player Zinhao on instagram and with a few words said, in some way, he change my view of the game. After meeting Zinhao, I met Nick Howard, Saulo Ribeiro, and then discovered the essence of GTO. So yes i'm a beginner.
Despite having a basic knowledge of the game, wich allows me to have some edge over the micro stakes field. My mental game has always barred me, as I said.
Here I'll record my entire trajectory, because I always had the habit of running away from my mistakes.
I'll talk about my studies, discuss hands, talk about my doubts, and about what I'm doing to be the person I want to be.
My english isn't that beauty, but I hope you can understand.
Last but not least, I'll be playing zNL2 with a starting bankroll of $ 60.
I know it's not the best way, but it's what I can right now.
Hello guys, I'm here to update some things.
Last week I played around 9k hands for a profit of around $ 40 at NL2.
I know there were still few hands, but I'm happy with the beginning and the trend.
However, I decide that I'll spend some time off the tables, dedicating myself 100% to my studies, especially to Janda's book.
See you.
