*Hey guys, not sure about this one
Hand is played at 25NL 6m Zoom, Villain is weaker player but we have no postflop stats
I thought this was a good choice of hand to bluffcatch on this runout. Any comments/recommendations appreciated

Yeah agree that we should be cbetting the flop and also agree that it should be smaller.
FWIW I think hands like AJo and 88 should just be folds from EP with 20bbs

I think for 15bbs you're much better off just open-shoving these spots
Considering we're not folding to a 3b, we should probably be leveraging max fold equity vs random overs by just shoving.

For this stack size you should always be getting it in pre man
As played, you've gotta shove the flop too.

Subbed, and getting a lot of motivation and ideas too.
Please keep it up!

I like b/f turn. Given that he's a pretty clear fish its correct to be unbalanced, so I like checking our Ax on the turn to induce bluffs. I don't want to be calling down with KK and we can be sure we're behind if he raises turn.

I agree with the other posters, 3b or fold pre, and I'd be giving up the turn.

Seems wp to me. He has all the nut hands in his range, and given low aggression pre and postflop I don't think he's doing it with draws often enough to justify a call.
Played perfect imo

Not much info on villain, except that he isn't a fish.

Our stack here is too big to be shoving.
I think 15-20bbs should be the most we should be shoving with these kind of hands.
Minraise/folding or Minraising to 4b shove some of the time vs aggro villains seems like a decent play here.

Arguments for both I guess.
Non turbo I'm folding but in a turbo you can certainly accumulate chips much easier by having a 2x stack, and AK will be doing just fine vs a random range.
That being said it's also probably unnecessary variance in level 1 and the more sensible/conservative play would be folding.

I like the shove.
It's gonna get through so often and we have an A blocker so he has less nut stuff to call us with.
3b/f is also fine as a lot of the $4.50 regs won't 4bet light.
imo either play is very +EV, but I think I prefer shoving.
very easy shove
