Hey, started playing about a month ago, I ran pretty good at nl2 crushing hard, now I've played about 20k hands on nl10 and I'm completelly break even. What I've realised is my red line went from horizontal to quite downwards.
My take on it is this:
I don't defend big blind enough against UTG-CO opens since I don't know what is profitable or not to call with.
I don't defend enough against continuation bets on some boards since I don't know what the best hands to do it with are.
I don't continuation bet nearly enough, I really don't know what the common consensus/theory about what a good cbet % and cbet type of hands in position and out of position are. I just tend to bet draws+value on the usual boards and backdoors+value on dry boards.
I'd appreciate any tips on how to get my redline going either somewhat horizontal or around there.

Hey, i don't know if this is commonplace, but in pokerstars in my country there's rake preflop, they take the whole small blind every hand u win in the blinds... :S
i'm a winning reg but i'd like to hear your thoughts on alternate strategies to overcome this, because half of my winrate is gone in rake.

What program is the little hud with Pot Odds and that kinda thing
ty for the tips, I've been reading a lot since I posted and even though my cbet was pretty low I don't think that was the core of the problem, although I'm getting it on track now.
The biggest problem I think is I was folding flops way too often, giving up with way too many weak hands because I'm scared to mess up on later streets, I'm beginning to implement looser floating into my game and I've already seen a massive change. I feel I can actually play those hands I was afraid of pretty well on later streets and I do take stabs and estimate ranges pretty decently.
Also yeah, I know some people do pretty well with negative redline, but I've been playing with an even one for around 30 to 40k hands doing great, and after going up stakes and right after that taking some serious bad beats I guess I started playing in a way that doesn't fit my overall gameplan, not because of tilt, but more so because it was the first small downsing I've had and it made me scared of putting money into the pot while being uncertain of things.
