Exploitatively may be it's fine coz u r representing the nuts and villain is not calling without a flush and he doesn't have great odds to chase his 1 heart.
However, on the other hand, since u r putting him on a range consisting of 7 combos that beat u , 4 combo draws that he may fold on the turn and 6 combos that r folding. There are more bluffs in villain's range so he's folding more than he's calling so i guess it's fine.

Fold. In general people at 2 nl don't bluff very often + a big bet late in the game means business. There are more chances that he's got the flush than not given how the hand played out

I think it would be best to call the river because u have 2 pair. The guy might be calling with a weak Ace or may be he has 2 pair but his 2 pairs worse than yours
