If he is a fish you know he will call with almost everything so after the cbet its a check and fold after him betting to you. The cbet with 2 overs and a bdf it's standard but stop when no diamonds appear on the turn.

Like played I'll call and be very happy with it. You are check/calling the first two streets in order t catch a bluff not?
For instance check/raising the flop and lead 2/3 turn will represent less a T than check/call flop and check/raise turn but both moves imo are OK. Honestly I don't think a lot in pay jumps and with that hand I would only play like you did because of the "This guy hasn't limped btn yet but has also taken some slightly funky, losing lines. Earlier on 2nd ft, he limped sb (on 52bbs vs hero 26bbs), called a turn raise after barreling 2625r, and then open ripped a river J (22bbs into 9bb pot)." and because of this I would insta call that river bet.

easy fold I think. If you have reads on him a call can be good but will be a flip (unless he is maniac). Folding you will still have 22bbs that it's a comfortable stack for that time on the tournament and you will find a best spot to ship them in for sure. Don't even think on the pay jump but on your stack that is a pretty god stack to keep playing.
After reading my comment and doing some math/thinking I still think it would be a flip as a 30bb ship seams a lot like middle pair but with the other players in game villain could be doing this with blockers also. Assuming his range is 99+, KQo, KQs, AJs+, AQo+ you are in a 45-55 but removing the AJs and AQo you are in a 40-60 and so it's still a fold.

JJ is a strong hand to flat and see the flop oop, with that kinf of hands make them pay for position. I would flat 88- and raise 99+.
As played I would have called flop, called turn and river depending on the bets.
You are only thinking on avoiding a AKQ flop but thinking that UTG opens (AK, AQ) hands he will only have 6 outs to win us on the flop. With that play you don't know if v1 has AA, KK, QQ and by playing like that you are turning your JJ into a bluff on the flop. 3bet, make them pay for position and if a 4bet appears easy fold.
You are 70bbs deep, utg opens 3x, lets say you make 7,5bbs (15k), v2 would fold and utg would quit in the flop/turn.

Why not a 3bet preflop? With that kind of move you just let SB and BB to have a great price to see flop and play a 4 way pot is not that good.
Your betting a 1/3 of the pot on the flop and that will be a good price for an middle pair, a backdoor flush, straight to call profitable.
on the flop (3h Jd 5c) we can put the other player on, AJ combos, 33 (3 combos) 55 (3 combos) JJ (1 combo), 35 (9 combos) and you can also count J3 and J5 combos and also A5, A3, combos with backdoor flush draw. A ton of hands would call you flop.
on the turn Td we can maintain the J5, J3, AJ and all the A5, A3, with backdoor flush and still the 42 combos. And say that 33, 55, JJ would raise us on the turn.
on the river we can maintain JJ, J5 and A5 that are winning us. The J3, AJ would call on the river the other hands can bluff us off but since you are betting flop, turn and river I don't think you are facing a bluff.
Assuming I'm playing like that I would bet 1/2 pot, 2/3 pot and check river. I would bet like this because the flop has sb and bb all over it and for sure a 1 street of value you will get, after making the second pair I'm going to extract value from openstr and flusdraws.

I prefer to flat with hands like A2s+, suited connectors and stuff like that. With 57 bb's I would raise to something like 9k just like you did and doing a cbet in almost every flop.

imo it's a fold. Like ralphykid67 said if folded to you it's a move. It's a move or not will depend on some things like all players stack, the pay jump, stack of player on your left. the bottom of your calling range must be very different from the bottom of your open/shv range.
Loose open range is a tricky thing.
As played the btn can have any Kx, can have QJ assuming that with AQ he would raise pré and with any hand bellow, excluding Q6 and Q7, QT he would not go all in in the turn or even bet the flop and also consider 66.
You are calling hopping he has any flush or straight draw and for those you have a blocker that it's the T of hearts.
I wouldn't open that hand in that position, as played i would fold the turn.
