As said I would 3bet preflop. You get way more information this way. Lets say you 3 bet the BN 4 bets and UTG shoves then you can fold your QQ I guess.
As played the BN could just squeeze with a range of: TT+,AQs+,A5s-A3s,KQs,87s,AKo

This is a cristal clear call. It does not matter really what villain has here this is the 3rd best hand you can show up here. Even arguable the 2nd best since you block top set.

So its very good to flat such hands against a 4bet. I would recommend actually nearly never 5betting shoving except in very rare spots. Like you open on the BU SB 3bets BB 4 bets and you have A/Ks. There is so much dead money in the pod I would just jam in that case.
But back to the hand calling A/Ks keeps villains bluffs alive (wheel suited aces, 7/6s etc) and we even flip with most of his value kombos. I like how you played the hand and I like the bet on the river although I would consider overbetting the river against a capped range. Just some food for though. In addition what would you do with your entire 4bet flatting range out of the small blind? Lets say you had QQ or KK in this spot.
