Agree with Mrlazy999 here. Paul Senter's videos are very easy to digest and he plays a style that you can easily incorporate into your own.
I've recently been watching Epsen Sorlie's videos too and have enjoyed those.

I've played £1/£1 at Aspers and it seemed, for the most part, pretty weak. Maybe best to sit with 150bb mainly because the standard raise seemed to be between 4-7x so factor in a raise, call and c-bet and you've done a chunk of your stack in.

Running my hand versus QQ+ AK, AKs gives us 36.41% equity. Given I'm getting 35% from the pot, should I be calling? It's super high variance, obviously

I didn't consider antes or the effective stack sizes, either. I'd raise/fold like most say here.

Is it standard to shove 23bb with A4o or even A4s? Seems like overkill, TBH.
Does anyone like a c-bet on the flop, a second barrel on the turn and if called a check on this river?
