Hello Can I get some thoughts on this hand which a friend played. 

Day 3 of WSOP main event. blinds 800/1600

His stack 85k btn has him covered

Its the first hand of the day. He played with the btn 7 hrs the previous day. 

 Btn is viewed as a solid player. My freinds image is tight and has played pretty snug

btn Raised 3.3k I 3bet (SB)7.2k he made it 15.5k

I have 99s in the SB

Do I call, shove or fold
