Well I do think I fold out AQ and KJ especially if the sb has them. Calling is okay but I do feel by making this bet if I do get a calI I will get checked to very often on turn.
So are we never raising here without ace two pair or better?

interesting I find in live play (at least in my experience) that most donk leads are more or less a feeler bet and rarely the nuts.
Sept. 20, 2017 | 6:44 a.m.
2-5 live game (10handed)
Mid (1000)limps
Hero (covers)in HJ with ATdd make it 25
Sb(600),Bb(700) and limper calls.
Flop (100) AKJr 1 diamond.
Sb leads 35,Bb and limper calls.
Hero raises 180-200?
As far as reads go let's assume limper never has QT here.

Yea I agree with above posters its super thin. If you have history with opponent could be different, but as played very doubtful he calls with worst.

Hey Scratch2, ill take an invite as well please. 1(250) 377-5351

Thanks Scratch2, I ended up doing that and Utg+2 folded AJs and I won the pot vs K2s but i'm thinking folding is best. If I assume OR here is betting 18% and calling me off with top 4.5% so 25% of the time. When he calls I'm like 30% against his range pot is 1222$. If he folds I'm 70% vs Shorties range in a pot of 217$.
So: .25 (.3×1222) + .75 (.7×217)= 205.5$
Money put in: .25 (560)+.75 (95) = 211.25$
=me losing 5.75$
Number could be off and my ranges possibly on the tighter side. But this is a live setting and 10handed table I don't really expect to get called super light especially after seeing AJs folded.

2/5 live, table just opened an orbit ago and is full.
Utg+2 (600): opens 20 (all I know is he has a poker odd calculator on his phone but doesn't seem to know the odds himself 😅)
Mid: Jams 95 and is all in (played everyhand he's in full gamble mode)
Hero CO (560): 88?
Fold, call, raise( if you small 3bet do you call a jam?)
Thanks.

I don't normally watch Holdem vods, but i'm going to a live game tonight and figured I check a few out. Teunuss bud this vid was great and I will have to check out more of yours. Tonnes of action and I do love the Live play over any other format. You're very calm and are able to explain your thoughts very clearly and it never seems rushed.
Keep it up

From the info in your post, I don't mind the 7. The 7 is an obvious bad card for your range and makes a lot of sense to bluff it (especially from a player who likes to bluff).

Your Hilarious Zen, how is it after this brilliant post there is still no content? =P
March 7, 2014 | 10:52 p.m.
Agree with above (elite ones esp). Did we find out what happen to Sam Lang? Also start throwing more money at Odd Oddsen pls =) he's a killer and would love to see him produce more vids.

I myself thought that would bother me as well, but I felt that it saved time in his hand explanation and made it smooth. I could see how it would bother some tho.

From the opening statement I didn't think I would enjoy your vid, however, I am glad I kept watching. You sir have an unorthodox way of teaching and even your mind set is different from many other players including my own, nevertheless, it is very informative and extremely easy to follow. Glad to see you added to rio, I truly enjoyed this vid and learned a fair bit of stuff that is std to me but was not for you. (some good eyes openers)
Ty and hope you enjoy making videos and continue.
keep on crushing.
PS: now that we have been introduced could you send me back 50% of the money you are up on me? ;)
Feb. 28, 2014 | 11:05 p.m.
Yea this is an awesome idea; I would love a few vids on this. Pt4 and plo preferably.
Feb. 23, 2014 | 9:01 p.m.
Solid Vid thanks Ben. Truly love the live format hope you keep doing them they are by far my favorites and you do a really good job explaining your thought process in the short amount of time given. I also find that the tables are a little small(1080p) especially to see stack and pot sizes, however, for some reason seeing you makes it easier to understand and grasp what you are saying.

Killed it Odd, i know it's been 2 month =(. Thank you for listening to the comments and making a live video, you really nailed it. Keep them coming pls, your english is fine =).

Thank you Phil for the Live vids, they are without a doubt my favourites and most educational. Keep it up please do more.
Dec. 24, 2013 | 6:45 a.m.
Thanks Phil, I always enjoy Live session play more then the traditional videos. Its really informative to see what actually goes thru your mind in the few seconds you have to act.
Sept. 27, 2013 | 9:24 p.m.
Odd awesome video, def improvement from the first one and that one was excellent as well (wish you would do them more often). Wondering if making any live series in the future is possible? I always feel that i learn more from a live sweat session then these kind of vids.
Keep up the good work and Thanks for helping us becoming better players.
This is a fair statement.
