I don't if its just nerves or a confidence issue but whenever I start doing well at poker, I get nervous and anxious and then I play really badly. For example I was in a poker tournament and it's just me and another guy playing heads up. I end up folding more hands than I should and going all in at the wrong moment and then I lose. It's weird I don't feel this unless I'm getting close to the finish line. Was wondering if anyone else had this problem and how they dealt with it?

I plan on playing in live low stakes games soon and was wondering if there's anything in particular I need to look out for (ie: aggression, bets, ranges etc) since I've only played micro/small stakes online.
Thanks for the advice BackFromDagobah its true what that great poker mind said.
I think our greatest opponent in our Poker journey will be ourselves.
