Hi guys, was looking for information on this and cant really find anything recent with new changes and all. Could someone who is better informed what a decent winrate at 200plo zoom/nonzoom games are nowadays? Thanks and GL!

TBH I dont know, I used to grind sngs and just moved to mtts. I guess I just dont have a very clear idea of how big variance actually is. Maybe 20k is nothing. Just really sucks when you are playing mtts where on avg frist is like 2k

Too much money and too many draws out there to be folding in this spot I think, especially vrs the type of players you described. I would definetly not be passing this spot up, but I can defiently see arguments for folding. Just think bb has more semi bluffing combos than pure value. Also depends on your image

ALWAYS CALL, only one hand you're loosing too, J9dd, and villain could def be raising worse for value

Definetly raising every set, gutshots with backdoors, and 56 because OR flat looks super weak and your lead looks pretty weak as well, like A9-T9 (just made hands that want protection). As the CO my range would consist of all sets and all combos of 56. Personally in this spot as CO I would hate my life with any overpair, so wouldnt be stacking off with those hands, and seeing taht your line looks so strong i would probably only stack off with 56 obv, 44 and 99, probably find a hero fold with 33.

HI guys, I am currently grinding 5-6 days a week playing mostly midstakes, kicked off the year really well winning about 50k in january, but have been losing for the last 2-3 months. I believe I am closing in on around -20k for this period and wanted to ask the community to share their worst stories and get a better idea of if this is normal or not. I put a lot of work into my game but may need to put in more work, or maybe its just variance and I'm just freaking hehe. Please comment, any stories of downsings or constructive ideas on how to deal with downswings are greatly appreciated. TY and GL. Oh and btw I dont play turbo mtts (which I know increase variance greatly had to add that in) and believe I play around 50-70$ avg buy in.

Thanks for putting it in those words that make it a lot easier to understand, I was having trouble agreeing with what Ben was saying and really siding on Stephens side with the idea that he wasnt accounting for the times we bust. This does leave me wondering though, does this mean that everytime we are put in a neutral EV spot we should always go with it (using this particular 3 handed example)? If not, could you please give an example using these parameters. Thank you

Ignorance or not Q9s is a top 15% hand, must be real easy to play vrs your UTG range if your not opening that...

4:51 bottom right you fold Q9dd utg, I have been out of holdem cash games for a long time, but isnt that a open? Your thoughts on why you folded, also you folded QJo hijack moments before that, I thought that would also be a open, or is this the correct way to play zoom holdem games? REally would appreciate your feedback.

Anybody have use a loss limit rule? If so what advice would you give someone new to the game. And general points to improve besides watching the vids on here.

I think your points are valid, however I think you should be raise folding, and your life is pretty sigh if he decides to call. I think personally I would always raise this spot to try to end the hand on the flop, and give up on any turn that doesnt improve me if villain decides to call. New to this game so please go easy on me (:

Hi guys, this is my first post, but thought it was worth it. In a grinders sched, how important are the turbo mtts? Is there that much value in them?
I think you misunderstood my question. I didnt ask about crushers, I asked about winrates as in big blinds won pero 100 hands (bb/100) which has to exist whether negative or postive for every player at every stake. I was wondering with the new rake changes, what could be expected of plo winning players in the 200plo category.
