I prefer to flat on the turn, it's kind of hard to get action from worse hands, you also have a 4 in your hand, less Q4 combos for CO to have.

because it's so hard for you to get value from worse hand, it's also hard for you bluff-off better hand. You should give him a chance to bluff, or if he bets really big, you should reconsider and try to get a read from him.

I think preflop is fine, flop is also fine. You 3bet him OOP, if he is good enough, you clearly have a good hand here, at a T high flop, you hand is usually very good, maybe sometimes you have AK, you won't 3 bet with AJs+, it would make it really hard for you to play OOP against a good player. So you lead on the flop is fine.

Turn is kind of interesting, there are lots of hands he can continue on the turn, he can play hands like suited connected and flop a pair then turn a double-ended straight draw, or things like that. You don't want to give him some implied odds to continue, there are so many scary cards can come on the river, makes your decision really hard. I think bet bigger on the turn is good, or c/r is also good, you want to let him get out of the IP comfortable zoom.

I think turn is either bigger or c/r, if he checks through and river is a blank, you can also make a really big bet, make it looks like a bluff.

Since you bet he called twice, he either had really good equity or also holding a monster. I think river is actually a c/c here.
