sorry, meant "no edit" for comments ... come on, this is a basic feature in any web forum these days, is this new software that is under development or off-the-shelf solution ? Can't imagine you can't edit your own comments ...

@Dan: can you put some kind of sticky or readme or FAQ, somewhere in plain sight, I was looking for the same things ( subscription and edit, even the "add comment" works in a not that obvious way ) and probably other users as well, over time they will get buried deep in the forum and most new users will struggle with the same issues.

Your #3 assumption is kinda wrong: one won't have broadband connection everywhere and it shouldn't be forced to use one in order to access the videos.
Simple scenarios: I download a vid at the office and watch it later on mobile device while commuting, without lag and without draining the battery faster. Or I download a couple vids today and I'll watched them over the weekend while away in the countryside/mountains/whatever where connection ( or lack of ) will be an issue.
No signup fee is a good thing, but no download is a major turn off.
Watching a poker video is a process where you start today, watch 15 min and take notes, take a break have dinner or whatever watch 20min more, come back tomorrow to continue from 32:30, etc, I can't imagine streaming in a browser will be smooth and without any problems day in and day out ...
Maybe you can launch a brainstorming thread with what other issues you've considered in terms of your business needs and assumptions, maybe a better solution would eventually come out ...

@bzy_: man, I feel your pain, I'm in a similar situation, when I'm focused I can win at NL25 or NL50 ( vs regs, tough players, fish, whatever ), but the next session I can play bad as hell, calling too much, making bad hero calls or bad bluffs. Or even in the same session like you said, I can go from +4BI to -4BI in less than an hour. probably getting tired, less focused, more results oriented. Maybe over thinking and putting people on too many bluffs, "feeling" they are pulling tricks on me.
And I agree with you, Schu comments were far off and unrelated with your question and offensive and uncalled for.
I'll put in my words the problem as i see it: I/we have a reasonably good A-game ( good for NL25-NL50 ), but over the course of a session we tilt at a certain moment and go from A-game to a losing C-game. ( me for one I have sometimes only the A-game, but often only the C-game from the beginning of the session. So I win today 5BI to loose tomorrow 10... )
So how can we play more of our A-game and reduce/eliminate our C-game from our play ?
