MP: 207.4 BB
CO: 100 BB

SB posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has TdTc

Hero raises to 2.4 BB, MP call, fold, CO fold, BTN fold, SB calls 1.9 BB, BB raised to 12BB, Hero call, MP fold, SB call

Flop: (36.8 BB, 3 players) 8hJcTh
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets 39 BB, SB shove all in 105.4 BB, BB fold, Hero call, SB show 9dQd

I bet overbet on flop because it's a pretty wet flop, and he shove all in I think his range is 99 and some two pairs and maybe JJ, rarely is 9Qs, so I call.
What's a tough flop....should I really fold my middle set on this board?

Post | Terryy posted in NLHE: Overbet in Zoom5

Hi guys,

I'm wondering what situation we can overbet on turn ?
I have one hand that opponent is gutshot combo draw on turn, and hit the river.

Preflop:
UTG limp(103bb), fold, fold, fold, SB open 3bb, Hero have 4d4h (163.4bb)

Flop: Kd4cTc (9bb)
SB Check, Hero bet 6.8bb (75% pot), Villian call, SB fold

Turn: 3d (21.6bb)
Hero bet 19bb, Villian call

River: 5s (59.6bb)
Hero bet 49bb, Villian shove all in 72bb, Hero call, Villian show Ac2c.

I think Villian doesn't have K set & T set because doesn't limp raise preflop,
I consider his range is about two pairs and flush draw so river I bet bigger, and only Ac2c he can win.
How should I bet the turn & river, what size is the best size?

It's my first time to post here, please advise if there is anything unclear, thanks!
