This was my favorite so far, really really helpful. I already feel a difference while playing.
I think of every time I force my brain to stop thinking about results/worry/hope and go back to focus on strategy as ONE REP. Pumping mental iron while playing.

This is great!! It's the first of your videos I've watched and going to watch more, this already covers several of my weak spots. Maybe you could point me towards specific videos of yours that would be extra suitable for me.
I struggle with:
* In hands slipping out of focus on strategy and instead just using my brain to worry about losing or hoping to win.
* My tilt/C-game is ~never spewy but rather becomes a worry driven weak tight thing
* Being very harsh on myself for mistakes

15:45 That KK63 lead on 754 seemed very counter intuitive to me. I would have def. used that hand to absorb aggression. In fact, I would have thought this exact hand (without Kd blocker perhaps) to be the archetypical x/c hand in this spot so if Im wrong Im very wrong! You have a strong opinion on this one?

Are there any of your videos you could recommend where you go further into the equity preservation phase concept?
13:56 "No slowplaying at the top of the range" at SPR 4-8. Could you elaborate on this a little bit? I would have assumed there would be plenty of slowplaying at the shallower end of that, say SPR4-5. Atleast with the board crushing top of range.

I also think many people would scrap material where they made a lot of mistakes, but that would just be the ego. So I disagree with the opening statement, you are a true poker coach for leaving this in. Everyone has sessions like this and you're doing all of us a favour and soothing our selfcritical minds by being humble enough to show it. Besides, talking about mistakes is imo even more informative so the actual content might be better for it.

Great video, good format and I love how much effort and preparation you have done, bringing up graphs instantly instead of having the viewer sit through the entire clicking process of bringing the situations up in vision.
One tip though is that you dont need explain or excuse so much of the video format. For example, instead of explaining that there was 5 minutes of folding that you cut out, and then telling us that we are resuming the action. Just cut it out and resume the action.
Or maybe I just noticed this because the content was so good I wanted it to resume!
Really looking forward to the next one!
