Preflop we should size up a bit more as we're OOP, not super shallow and giving our opponent too good a price to call - you're also unbalanced if you 3bet to this size probably as you're not going to be 3betting small with the 3bet bluffing portion of your range that often here. I'd say at least 2600 and to be honest i'd go a bit bigger than that. I guess your opponent's opening frequency from that position matters as well, but regardless it has to be bigger than 2280 - the turn is a bit read dependant, your line is probably ok, although folding really hurts when we have the Qh but unless you expect villain to shut down his whole non nutted range on the river we have an awkward spot to continue at this point, again I think the issue comes back to we don't want to be 3betting really small OOP, we want to size up OOP and size down IP with our whole 3betting range, save the small 3bets for btn/co when you have the HJ open where playing your hand postflop is easier and size up when you're out of position to lower the stack to pot ratio as you will a) have stronger holdings than your opponent on average and b) be at a positional disadvantage
