I think you can comfortably fold the river here without much info on the villain. Against a UTG 3.5x there are a lot of Kx in his range. You do have blockers to AA and QQ so most likely villain has a K with the almost pot sized bet on river looks very value heavy. I think we call 3 streets with KJ as well.
