this is how you can calculate it yourself:
(200+75)x + (200+75+75)0.1*(1-x) - 75 = 0
solve for x
x = 1.66 or about 17%

Thanks a lot for the detailed response, you basically laid out a plan of what I need to study so thats super useful.
My plan now is to work on my preflop game (since most of what you said is related to preflop play) first so that I have somewhat solid ranges and then work on improving my cbet strategy.
Do you think this is a reasonable approach. Obviously I want to focus on the most urgent leaks first.

Thank you for your answer.
I think the high cbet / low T cbet is a decent adjustment to the playerpool because they overfold flop a lot, so most cbets are instantly profitable but once they call they have a v. strong range on the turn. However I might be overadjusting to this and I have to figure out how to change my strategy once other players exploit me in this spot. Also my understanding of board texture is quite limited so I'll have to look into that.
The advice to start with working on 3betting BTN v CO makes a lot of sense to me so I with that.

Hi guys,
I've been playing and studying NL for a bit now and would love some feedback on my stats.
I play pretty tight preflop but I think this is a decent adjustment to the micro playerpool and also makes my life easier postflop,
where I'm not that comfortable yet.
One thing I want to fix is my 3bet, which seems to be way lower then what many recommend (around 8% if I understad correctly).
I want to 3bet lighter vs BTN opens and as far as I understand my range should be linear and not polarized since I expect villain to call a lot?
would this be a decent 3betting range BB or SB vs BTN:
TT+,AJs+,KJs+,QJs,AQo+,KQo,QJo
Of course I would need to adjust this depending on who is on the BTN.

Thanks for your answer. Once you bet turn, what would your strategy be on this river, assuming you get called on the turn?

SB: $19.33
BB: $11.62
UTG: $18.90
MP: $10.00 (Hero)
CO: $11.24

SB: gajii22: $17.74
BB: OsirisPkr: $12.95
UTG: fipsimoaster: $4.99
MP: z3vl0ve.x: $11.03 (Hero)
CO: kozirniy2601: $14.81
I played x/c because I thought he'd bluff a bunch but given the general passivity at these stakes he might only bet a range I don't do very good against and x back hands that might call a bet.
Please let me know what you guys think.
new to PLO so take this with a grain of salt:
I think we should also consider calling pre vs an UTG open but 3bet has to be fine too
flop is a bet I think. we want to protect against draws and checking might induce bluffs that we won't be able to call. There also is no turn we like.
I fold vs a shove because we always will be pretty much crushed or flipping (unless we have a read ofc)
