KQ is on the loose side to squeeze vs utg, his 3bet calling range will normally have you beat badly, but if he folds 30% should be ok I guess..
Flop hits both their ranges strongly and don't need much protection, so can be a check or bet small as not to overrep..turn ok,
River with his stats he's not turning mid hands into bluffs, so that leaves 4 combos j9s which he probably bets the turn (also maybe some k9 89?), versus 16 combos AJ, AK and 4 combos KJs(not likely) + some aq and ats, yeah even with 22% pot odds were not doing good enough, fold. (could raise but fishregs dont like folding aces esp. on paired board, so not too recomended)

Master_debater, if you think this hands it too weak to cbet in this 3bet pot, then I would like to see what your cbetting range in this spot is. My guess would be you 3bet cbet % is lacking severely and thats very exploitable.
If you check some solver solutions to see what they suggest in this spot, you'll most likely find its a 100% cbet spot with this hand.

Preflop is to loose, would 3bet from 78s and up, also vs. minraise go 7-8x in the sb...
Flop our hand has 5 good outs so realization isn't too bad, also we can fold out a lot of better hands like pocket pairs under 1010 and undercards, so a Cbet is very standard here.
With a check we expose ourselves to difficult situations oop when playing in a 3bet pot, so opt to cbet more often and maybe choose a smaller sizing
preflop is fine, I tend to 3bet but if you have a calling range thats good too, just know they are often faceup and capped, not on this flop though. Yeah his river bet of 27% puts him firmly in #TEAMNOBLUFF, so easy fold. Also with the T in your hand you are blocking a good portion of his bluffing hands (T8 TQ TK), so that increases his value to bluff ratio here, you would actually prefer to have A7s as a bluffcatcher here.
