I think he reps 75s (3 combis but he raises a decent % of them on the flop I'd assume), 77, JJ and a few combis of KK here credibly, depending on how often he 3 bets JJ and KK pre vs. your opening range. He probably just calls river with KJ i assume, so you only really beat AJ QJ TJ type hands that decided to use the J blocker so he can rep JJ and get you off what he perceives to be one-pair. Presumably, river would be a decent card for you to barrel so he might have weird floats in his range (T9hh and the like) that decided to follow through on the river. He probably never raises worse, which kinda sucks.
If hes competent he probably views you as an aggressive, thinking player so he knows that you'll find it hard to call here with a huge part of your range. Given betsizing I wouldn't expect too many bluffs here though. A5hh is pretty much near the top of your range. Probably a crying call but I think if hes a tough reg you're kinda forced to call it off.
