I think the color coding is for 6 max. Most of the hand examples and play and explains are all 6 handed.

If you are starting out at PLO micro stakes I think you should start off playing tighter preflop, from all positions. Because you are more than likely going to multiway so often.
I tend to play tighter than GTO from EP and MP, but from the BTN and CO I try to stay close to GTO.
It looks like have a decent understanding on hand selection, but I would watch the low rundowns. Stay away from rundowns with low wheel cards like 2345 single suited. Try to stick with the higher ones 7654 single suited, single suited one gap 7653. I would open the one gap rundowns mostly from the BTN and the perfect rundowns from the CO.
Several things in hand selection to remember is higher the cards the gappier the hand can be AKQT, AKQ9. Even some hand with two broadway cards AK with two connected side cards AKT9, AKT8 etc.
Also having an Ace high or high suit is plus, especially with doubles suited hands, both high cards should be suited, like AhKdQhTh.
I would stick with a 3 bet or fold from the SB.
Equity wise in PLO run pretty close. It's not like NLHE where Aces are a big favorite even against Kings it all depends on the connectivity and suitedness.
You can use Pro Poker Tools to run some sims to get a feel on hand equities.

I would like to have the solver charts visible, but I don't think its that important. The course came with some PDF files with some charts that have percentages on what type of boards to bet etc. These charts will help you understand the GTO theory
I was also thinking of signing up for essential membership, but I just don't have the luxury of watching training videos all time.
That's why I decided to go with From the Ground up PLO. At least I can take my time and go through the course.
I haven't finished the course yet, but it has helped my post flop game a lot. Post flop has been the weakest part of my game. Now I have a decent understanding on how ranges and blockers work.
Good luck on your journey Bro.

There's nothing we can do about the charts, unless EMTY can re edit the videos. You can try streaming it to a TV using an using Apple Play from an Iphone.

I play lower stakes than PLO 100, but I would fold the KQT4 DS from the BTN vs EP min open or limp. Can you possibly 3 bet or squeeze light and get some folds?
I like to do this sometimes when I feel my opponents are min betting to steal the blinds, or get some folds cheaply.

I have purchased all the material you mentioned in your post. All the courses are good guides to get started in PLO. All the material mentioned are all solver based, so there is some over lap. All the courses have a slight differences on strategy.
As EMTY has a no cold calling or completing the SB preflop. So I think his SB preflop opening frequencies are different from the other courses.
I would stick with FTGU course, because of the videos on facing multiple players, postflop and preflop. Plus EMTY explains on how to start thinking about your range and your opponents range etc.
The only negative thing I can say about FTGU is the solver charts and graphs are hard to see.
The Upswing Launch pad is very basic ( its a 100 bucks ) so you get what you paid for It explains preflop okay. Post flop you get all the what kind of boards paired , straight, monotone etc. Also what kind of bet sizing to use on what board.
Just started to read Fernando's book, going through the prelfop chapters explains the types of hand categories in detail..

I play on Ignition also. I can always find tables at PLO 10, PLO 5 and PLO 25. Also check out Americas Card Room.

I wouldn't worry too much about your red line. My graph looks pretty much like yours.

You can check out Jared Tendlers books The Mental Game of Poker 1 and 2. He talks about tilt and how to handle it.
For me I just take some time off from the tables and even studying poker. I like to get outside get some sun and exercise. Or do do something you enjoy doing ( playing video games etc ) . Take as much time off as you think you need.

Oh yes the maniacs can drive you nuts its tough to play against them. The adjustments I make prelfop is to play tighter from all positions, especially the early positions.
I hardly fold to there 3 bets.
Sometimes if I have good AAxx hands I like to limp reraise hoping for a 4 bet so I can just shove.
I agree with KingofKao's about slow playing all your strong hands and giving up when you whiff the board.

Upswing poker has a preflop program called the PLO Matrix. I think its about 50 bucks a month.

I would use Jeff Hwang's book for the basics like preflop hand selection and the section explaining straight draws and wraps.
The chapters on post flop I would stay away from though.

I also have stopped cold calling from the SB. I only tend to cold call if I face early position raiser. Hands like double suited Ace high broadway rundowns with a 1 gap with a dangler eg AKJ2. Also these hands have to suited to the Ace
My single suited calls AKQT with bad suits and maybe a two gap hand AKJ9 with an Ace high suits.

No you can't input anything into the PLO Matrix. You just pick your stakes and your position eg Button,Cut off etc.
Then you will see a matrix with all the two card combo AK,AQ etc. Click on a two card combo. The matrix will show all the possible AK combos.
All combos will be color coded telling which hands to open, fold, call etc.

I'm not familiar with the Mastermind Preflop Helper, but I would recommend the PLO Matrix its really easy to use. It has all stakes from micro to high stakes and all the preflop actions from 20BB stacks to 250BB.
Plus they have some other various actions like multiway situations, plus I think they may have tournament RFI ranges also.

Jeff Hwang first book Pot Limit Omaha The Big Play Strategy has a good section on preflop. Explains the straight wraps in good detail and what makes a good starting hand ( high cards, suitedness and connectivity.)
The rest of the book post flop will be outdated it was written 2008 I think, but its IMO a good read.
There's Upswing Pokers, PLO Matrix.
