Hey guys I've got about 20k hands so it's still a small sample size but I'm struggling and on a big downswing through the last 5k hands or so. Is there anything here that sticks out at you as something I need to improve on? I've attached my positional stats and my overall graph.

Back pre Black Friday I was a winning reg at up to 200NL 6 max on Stars and FTP. I've fiddled with Bovada and did pretty well up to 100NL but then I've recently been staked to play again on Pokerhost on WPN. Needless to say, it's gone awful. It seems that everything that can go wrong will go wrong. So, here I am, in an attempt to plug leaks and improve my play (all while praying that my EV luck eventually turns around). For a 25NL player, which videos are a good start? My preflop seems to be pretty good but the turn and river is where it seems like I make the biggest mistakes so I'll be on the lookout for videos that focus on those.
I'm going through the same thing. Back in the pre black friday days, I crushed on Stars and FTP up to 200NL. Since then I took a long time off and fiddled around on Bovada a bit before cashing out. Recently, my old college roommate ended up staking me for 25NL on a WPN skin to get me going again. I started off ok, but the last 7000 hands I'm on a 20 BI downswing. I've experienced things like this in the past but this one is taking a toll and wiped out half my bankroll. I've definitely tilted and made some bad calls but it seems like every time I get a good hand I either get a fold or coolered. My EV is way below mostly from AIPF flips and I can't win a hand at showdown. I took a little time off and studied a bunch so I'm hoping that helps me when I play again tonight. Now when I start losing I'm going to take a quick break before I continue playing to hopefully fend off tilt and not drop 12 BI like I did last session. I also have lowered the amount of tables I play to really focus and not try to bleed as much postflop.
