44:07 I don't use PIO. The EV's in PIO are calculated in Chips, correct? So when it states that check has an EV of 15.1391, it means a check with this holding captures 15.1391 chips of the total current pot of 77, right? So because the sim is NL1k, the EV loss between block-betting every time and checking every time against GTO is 0.2869 chips. Therefore 0.02869 bb's. Therefore if we would play this exact spot 100 times with our exact holding vs a solver and always block bet we would end up losing 2.869bb/100?
What would you consider a neglectable EV loss in small pots like these? Anything below 1bb/100? Or maybe below 0.5bb/100?

Do you use RNG preflop and postflop vs recreationals?

Hey Nuno. I've just subscribed to Elite, only because of you and your amazing videos. Congrats on reaching your long-term goal of NL5K this year! I guess one of your new goals is to reach NL10K+ eventually? When I first read your blog a couple years ago, I was very certain, that you would eventually reach your goal. You had everything it takes to get there.
May you explain in more detail what trash hands you would 3B and to what size vs the weaker 2x Range? I know that 2x yields amazing Pot Odds to the BB, so we can flat a lot of very weak hands very profitably already. So I guess you are going for like an overall 30% 3B there with both your strongest trash hands, which are just too weak to profitably call + your premium hands which can call 4B?
When assuming that the Rec is overall openraising like 75% and sits always at 100bb+, I think going for a 9bb or 10bb 3B looks to be good to me. What do you think?

Does anybody know, why the sound in the middle of many RIO videos suddenly stops working? What could be the issue? Thanks in advance! :)
Hello Nuno. I really enjoy your work and admire you as a role model.
I also can identify myself a lot with you. Keep up the good work and keep working on your dreams! :)
I've got a question for you, which isn't related to any of your videos, if you don't mind. (I've tried to message you and send you the question with the screenshots there, but that didn't work, because I couldn't attach screenshots to the message)
I've just stumbled upon this site here: https://www.primedope.com/online-poker-rake-comparison-rake-calculator/
I wonder how accurate these numbers are for HU on both stars.eu and stars.es.
I believe .es only plays until NL1k HU though. I've just played there shortly on NL50-NL200 a couple years ago, so I don't know how it is now.
I remember that the rake was so insanely high on NL50 and NL100, that it seemed not to be worth playing below NL200/NL100.
I've created excel sheets to fill in the data. Could you please check roughly, if the numbers seem to be correct?
Note from the website:
There is a small caveat though: The real-life data I used is from several million data mined No Limit Hold’em (limits $0.02 / $0.05, $0.25 / $ 0.50, $0.50 / $1.00, $1.00 / $2.00) cash game hands and scaled up and down for all other limits. This slightly overestimates average pot sizes for higher stakes and underestimates pot sizes for lower stakes. Thus the absolute rake for higher and lower stakes might be over- or underestimated. But this doesn’t change the relative differences between operators or the net rake by a significant amount.
However, HM3 states, that last month I've paid the following Rake on Pokerstars.eu in bb/100:
NL200: 9.72bb
NL100: 11.53bb
NL50: 13.86bb
I do think the numbers on the website are nowhere near correct when it comes to the actual paid rake in our format. Especially when comparing NL50 on both sites. Only 1.02bb/100 more rake on Stars.es?
