Hi guys

I have been played poker for over 7 years now and for 6 of those i was a losing player. I recently employed a coach because it was either learn or give up!

Since January this year I have began to won (live). This has been acheived simply by employing some of the very basics and bringing more structure to my game i.e Solid PF stratergy, bankroll management & tilt control.

That being said I am struggling with something..... I have learnt so much more on an intelletcial basis but dont seem to be able to transfer it into my 'live' play.

Does anyone have any tips when it comes to simply processing the information I receive throughout a hand and reacting accordingly based on what i have learnt. I seem to get lost, maybe over excited.
