Personally I would say there is a world of difference between say, 10NL and 100NL so I would propose splitting low stakes further (not able to comment on differences at med / high stakes).
I would propose:
2NL - 10NL
20NL - 50NL
100NL - 200NL
Or something like that, what do others think?

At 28:55, you say that if a players range is balance and he protects his checking range etc, then you are more inclined to bet polarized. Could you explain why / link to some further reading that would help me understand? I get what the terms mean, just not why polarized is better vs balanced villain range. Thanks in advance!!
