I am super new to 6+ so... I bought H2N a few years ago for NLHE. But i find it very complicated to use. So I only used PT4 which does not work for 6+holdem, yet.
I hope some experienced players maybe post some good stuff here to get us underway...

Hello,
I'm new to 6+ holdem. Played some 2NL and liked it. Made some good profit also.
But before moving up i'd like to learn more about it.
So anyone got any tips, links, on strategy... pls share :-)
Also a usefull hud would be nice. I do have Hand2Note but I don't know a hud that fits this program. It is a difficult program tbh... :-)

My personal oppinion: start with the course.
March 26, 2019 | 2:35 p.m.
So it is a huge profit to cbet in position. I knew it was +EV. But not this much tbh.
March 17, 2019 | 6:14 p.m.
So my cbet is profitable if villain only folds 36% of the time? And how did you calculate it?
March 17, 2019 | 2:47 p.m.
Hello,
My standard cbet is 50% on the flop, (not always but most of the times)
How much does villain have to fold to cbet to make this a good bet with total crap hands?
I open to 3BB on BTN, SB folds, BB calls. Pot is 6.5bb. I bet 3.25bb, how much does he needs to fold. I suck at this math thing. But can someone help me out? And maybe give some more information about this simple topic.
Much appreciated.

Why would he bet river so small, what does he has left after his river bet? 10$ ?
Or is this bet sizing more common on 50nl stakes?

Thx, this is what I did on both tables and seemed right to me but wasn't sure.
Left table: flop went bet call, turn brick and check check, river brick and check check, he showed 33 (i win pot)
Right table: flop went bet call, turn came club he checked, I bet half pot, he folded. (i win pot)

The thing I mostly do is cbet bigger OOP, like 60%, and I like to fire more 2nd barrels to get rid of low and medium pocket pair I guess. Curious what other people think or do...

I think in these 2 spots calling is fine. If I raise and get called I have a problem I think. I think I would like to raise hands with bottom pair + FD more, or 2nd pair (lower then 10) + FD. Or maybe naked FD with no SDV and for sure STRAIGHT DRAW +FD hands like 9sTs on the left side OOP. If I would have QcTc on the right side I would be more inclined to call cause I am in position and let the agressor do his thing.
The hard thing is, I think, if the flush hits, it would be hard to get value from other hands, surely on 5NL zoom...

Hi, was browsing my database and these hands had my attention. I know this is not the common way to post hand histories but I think it is clear what I mean. (bigger resolution of image: http://oi65.tinypic.com/oh4b2v.jpg )
Left hand is where I completed the BB vs UTG open (unknown villain), and I check to the PFR
Board: 8s Ac Js
equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 80.054% 77.00% 03.05% 83096 3290.50 { As7s }
Hand 1: 19.946% 16.90% 03.05% 18233 3290.50 { 22+, A3s+, Ac2c, Ad2d, Ah2h, KTs+, QTs+, JTs }
Right hand is where BB 3bet and cbet flop (unknow villain) and face a cbet
Board: Kc 3c Js
equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 29.691% 28.70% 00.99% 25571 884.00 { 77+, ATs+, A5s-A4s, KTs+, QTs+, JTs, AQo+ }
Hand 1: 70.309% 69.32% 00.99% 61761 884.00 { QcJc }
So should I ever raise in these spots? Cause I do really great but I am more inclined to call here on both tables...

Hello,
I am working on my redline the past few days. But I don't know what stats or what villains are good to attack. What people are more likely to fold vs overbets, 3 barrels, ch/raises,... I know fish are dangerous to bluff, nits fold very often but they have a tight range so I have to be carefull. And there are passive players who go to ch/call mode with overpairs and tptk all the way... So is there a stat u people use to help you make decisions?
thx

Ok, sorry. But if you split, you win nothing, only rake is payed. And I thought, more split pots is more rake in the end of the road. Cause when we go allin and have 50% equity, we loose money due to rake, correct? So the more we run it, the more we get closer to 50%, the less EV we get...
But that's maybe a bit short thinking...
Let's asume I go allin with AA vs KK.
-> Run it once: 81% vs 19%
-> Run it twice: ..........
- how much am I gonna win this twice ? 64% (0.8x0.8)
- how much is villain gonna win it once? 36% (0.19+0.19) seems not right tbh :)
- how much is villain gonna win it twice? 3% (0.19x0.19) ?
Can someone give me some quick math pls :)
Feb. 16, 2019 | 2:52 p.m.
I always run it twice (if opponent also has it activated). Cause I hate bad beats, but now I split the pot way more ... And pay more rake, not that this is a big issue...
I know this question is asked a lot but I can't find a good answer, cause this site is call run it once so hard to google this issue :)
What is the best thing to do?
Feb. 15, 2019 | 5:54 p.m.
Call is fine tbh. If you minraise and u get jammed on.. then what. Call and see, maybe make a note on what you see.

Thx for ur input. Still not sure if I should call or fold. I think fold is fine cause villain is not pushing this hard with draws. Much more made hands. Fold when raised on micro's :)

Just raise an amount you think is big enough to bluff with, the right amount you think he won't call. I go for 1.25 to 1.50 I think. (don't say this is best strat, but I do this in my game)
Feb. 2, 2019 | 5:14 p.m.
Thx everybody.
I gonna fold KQo most of the time, only if I see some specific "leaks" of villain I can call or 3bet. (leaks = overfolding vs 3bets or opening way to much utg,...)
Feb. 1, 2019 | 10:32 a.m.
No u have AATT9 which is better then his AA55K. So you have the better 2 pair. If he has AA he will beat you but the chance is small. So I always go broke with AT on this board.

Is it a good reference to put his range in pokerstove and compare it with my specific hand? And see how I am doing against his range, or is it totaly inrelevant?
And i think I bought it for 8.99 or so, for the low staken I think.
