Hi all, first post here so a bit of background information first.

I come from a NL background, primarily $50nl full ring with a 10bb/100 winrate over 500k hands and an 8bb/100 winrate at $100nl over 125k hands.

However, as I look forward, I think it's getting more and more important to be able to play more than one game if you want to keep ahead of the curve(please excuse the mixed metaphors). So I'm wanting to learn PLO.

Over 50k hands of PLO I have previously played, I've just been a small winner but often times, I have played when tilted from NL, so I guess that's never going to work out well :)

I considered just jumping into some $25 plo to learn the ropes but I'm not sure I would care enough about the $ to learn properly. There was a $100 plo rush game running on FTP filled mostly with people 1 tabling, so I figured it would probably be soft enough to take a shot at.

I played a few sessions and it did seem pretty soft. I played without a HUD because Rush and HUD's aren't really a match made in heaven these days but the games just seemed to play in a really straightforward manner. People showing up with the nuts when they displayed aggression and showing up with weaker stuff when they took passive lines etc.. So, when this hand came up, I kind of knew I wasn't in great shape but none of the options seemed right to me.

I'm hoping to not just receive advice about this hand in particular but hopefully get some solid PLO strat advice in general.

Because of the lack of a HUD and my limited time playing these games, I don't have any stats or reads on the villains in this hand, so you're pretty much in the same boat reading this HH for the first time as I was when I played the hand.
