Have watched all of yours now. For the games I'm playing (25NL, 50NL), this type of video, and in particular your analysis, is so valuable. So, to your question at the end, yes please - more like this.

Really appreciate this content. I like how you use two, rather than more, tables. You talk us very clearly through the thinking on all relevant hands. Etc. At a pace that makes it all easily digestible. Also, I like skipping the solver for videos like this. Well done, again!

Love your videos. The best add to the RIO team in a long time.

Absolutely love when you're left speechless at the end of this video. These televised/streamed poker shows are such garbage.

Love your play along vids, Gary. Strategy videos are so valuable. But there's nothing I feel I get more from than just watching a very good player and hearing them talk us through their thought processes/rationale.

Enjoyed this video, Bryan. The first of yours I've watched. Specifically liked watching how you use Wizard to study. Sometimes it feels like there are so many options there that it's hard to decide what's useful. But hearing you talk through your thought process was definitely instructive. Hopefully there are more like this.

Loved the video, Callum. Would gladly watch as many more of these as you want to make, as its always nice to see content and insights at the stakes I play. Also, always nice to see just one or two tables going at once. When there are more I have a hard time following the action, absorbing the information, and reading the bet amounts etc on the individual boards.

Thanks for the video. Enjoyed. But just a heads-up that when you pull up GTO Wizard, we're usually unable to see the left-most columns in the grid. Maybe there's nothing to be done about it? But just in case.

Steve, loved this video. Always a fan of these ones that slow things down a little bit and talk through the thought process. I feel I learn more from them than the multi-table vids. That said, I very much enjoy your standard theory vids as well. Keep up the great work, and thanks.

Thanks for this video. I really loved watching someone play one table and talk things through. I understand why people do three and four tables at a time. But I find this format far more useful, because it gives me time to think about the why for a moment. Maybe you have more like this (I'm relatively new, so I'll have to check). But if not, would love to see some. Thanks again!

Loved this video. The cheekiness of the lucky vs unlucky premise was not only amusing, but also sound.

Hi Max. Just wanted to thank you for this video. I'm new here within the last month and I think I've gotten more value out of this video than anything else I've watched so far. Looking forward to the rest of the series!

Was going to ask the same.

New subscriber. So, way late. But enjoyed the video. Wondered if you could answer a question for me about Hand #5. Why on the turn do we pretty much call all of our 67s but pretty much fold all of our 77 and 88? Having a hard time understanding this. Wouldn't it be better to unblock the 6? Or is the issue that having the 76 in our hand is going to cut down on the chances of our opponent having 76, 86, 65, thus making an overpair more likely? Thanks.

Luke Johnson You mentioned in this video that you are a rat-holer and reset to 100bb any time you go up 20bb+. I don't think I've ever heard a pro say they did this. Is it something many do and they just aren't copping to it? Is this a strategy you would recommend? I guess I always considered it being good in the short term, but ultimately bad as it would rob me the chance to win bigger pots against people who have built up a stack.

Anyway, thanks for the video. Enjoyed.

Enjoyed the video. Only big question I had was that there were numerous times where you were critical of the bet-sizing. "When I see this sizing, I know he's a reg-fish." etc etc. I think in future videos, it would be very helpful to give some suggestion of what bet-sizing you might expect to see in the spot from a solid winning player. As a live cash player new to the online streets, I was always left wondering what sizings might be more appropriate. Thanks!

I have gone through Peter Clarke's course. It's a great start if you're playing 6max, and most of what you learn will still be applicable to your full ring games, with some adjustments. That said, if you're playing live full-ring, I would steer you towards Crush Live Poker. For $400/year, you get access to multiple courses, plus over 500 videos, thousands of podcast episodes, articles, etc. Check out Bart Hanson/CLP's free stuff on YouTube to get a taste. But for my money, that's the best value out there if you're a low/mid-stakes live player. That said, if you're into solvers and intense mathematical breakdowns, etc, etc, you're at the right place. I like both, so I'm both places. Anyway, hope this helps.

Oh also, for a beginner, the Red Chip Core program is (at I think $100) a pretty nice value too. I find their stuff to be somewhere inbetween what you might find here and what you might find at Crush Live Poker.

On the last hand, why does he "never have AK here."? You said he's very tight. He opened UTG. You 3bet. He 4bet. You called. He whiffs the flop. So when you check, he checks back. Isn't that a line that actually feels like it would be quite natural for an extremely tight player to take?
