I dislike this very much
Missing soooooooooooooo much value from draws on this super wet board, and we're gonna be guessing when he leads on any heart,9,J or A river. Yes we might induce a bluff on the river, but i don't think that's gonna outweigh the times we get paid by his draws, along with the times he realizes his equity on the river and we pay him etc, also a decent player might bomb a wet river and we fold the best hand.
As played bigger otf

Not enough hands on villains to have any relevant affect on our decision.
As a standard what range are you putting villains on?
What is your continuing range here?
If you wish to add in HUD stats/hypothetical villains e.g. "Great question Rob! for a Tight reg running say 10/9/4.3 I would say xx+ yz+, but if villain 2 is lag then..etc etc", that would be magnificent.
Note: I abbreviated analysis to "anal" in the heading in hope to get more views/replies

When you 3b you should have a plan, so when you make this 3b it should be to 5b/snap his jam or fold, not 3b reevaluate, if youre 3b folding here, your hand selection is bad, youre turning a high equity hand into air.
As to whether youre ahead or not not enough info, would expect to see AK a ton though in which case its a call
Flatting is best here as TT isnt doing great vs his 4b jam range without a solid read.

This is final few tables in a 5c on stars
Not enough hands on villain to have a relevant read
What is your preferred line post flop here and why?
Do we have enough equity to check behind and reevaluate future streets?
Or do we think our perceived range is strong enough to rep the ace and take it down on the flop?
Before anyone says it, I understand jam pre is gonna be "standard" for many, so if that's your thoughts please keep them to yourself :)
