Thanks Steamer,
Believe it or not it already has, scaling back cash play aggression and being patient, and reshoving aroud 15-20 bb, bet sizing I'm not great at I tend to bet bigger to steal v deep stacks and less agansnt small stacks. cbetting and delayed cbet sizing is more about bard texture.
2 ft's from last 3 in very soft tournys is good and unsustainable but feeling like I'm doing something better.easier to play the player live as you can see what they are for the most part.
Thanks for the link I'll post some situations and hands here

Hey
first post here since joining, I'm predominantly a live brick and mortar player which may mean I've joined the wrong site.
I'm a winning player at £1/2 nlhe and low stakes PLO, but the PLO doesn't run often and the only casino in the area has introduced a 10% rake thurs - Sat capped at £5 which makes winning difficult.
I've started playing the local tourny's a since joining here a week ago and watching mtt videos by the likes of Paul Senter and other I've picked up new concepts that I'm a little embarrassed to admit I didnt know
Re-shove stack sizing, educing, bet sizing and delayed cbetting for example.
Is there a video covering these basic concepts ?
Would be good to hear from other live players as well if there are any here?
Would anyone be interested in a post on basic live tells? something i could write if there is interest?
Rich
Hi enjoyed the video
44 year old guy from UK, not typical here I guess
New here so please bear with me, you asked what we would like to see. I'm a live player. I win at cash (small stakes) and have recently started playing more live tournys and on line satts to larger live tournys
Started watching, and enjoying, you videos got me thinking about applying your concepts to live situations.
I'd be really interested to hear your thoughts.
Mine are that
Live tournys have a much softer field at the level I play ( below £500 buyins)
You are right, a lot of players ( including me) are unsure what to do when 3 bet , calling is usually last on my list in tournys.
I re shove light 15 -30 bb to steal attempts but I'm not sure of range I should use in these spots.
I don't use these as intensely as you as I don't feel it's necessary as an abc approach is a good basis I think.
I've have a good insight to body language thanks to books and use this in close decisions but not alone
You will no doubt cover these subjects in your vids but you did ask for feedback
Richard
Ps a basics video would probably be easy to produce and I for one would enjoy, maybe edit some situations together? Is that easy to do?
