It is kind of hard to help you without knowing what's your goal with poker and which format/game are you going to play

Not necessary, if your opponent does not deviate you'll not lose EV
ex, you on the turn instead of mixing you pure fold a 0 EV bluff cath you don't lose EV until your opponent starts over bluffing the turn and stops bluffing the river

I agree with tightening up the calling range, but I’d do exactly the opposite, call PP and connectors and fold KTs, QTs, Q9s why do you prefer them over the others?

I'm not sure I understand your question, as far as I know, RIO doesn't sell/has preflop ranges, check out Odin or GTOWizard

min 37 we take node that Villain has a donking range
How are you going to use that note?
For example, you get in a similar spot, and this time Villain checks to you, are you going to make any deviation, or is not enough information yet?

0.78$ is quite significant, it should be a loss of 15.6bb/100 if I've done the math correctly.
I also think population would make more errors facing small size in that situation given how often they suppose to check raise compare to a large bet flop strategy!

Is it really that loose BT flatting range considering how short is the BB, with ante BB could SQ jam very wild and also does he make sense flatting suited connectors when we are 21bb deep??
Isn't just better shoving those small pairs or we are still to deep?

In your calculation, you are forgetting what price OP is getting!
When we bet 1/3 pot we need Villain to fold 25% of the time and you're right on that although that simply means that if Villain is not folding enough we can simply give up all the time with our bluffs.
If we bet 1/3 Pot Villain has to invest 1/3 to win a pot of 5/3 which means he has to be right 1/5 of the time to be break even.
Consequently, 1/5 of your range should be your bluffing frequency and 4/5 your value betting frequency.

I was considering the whole ranges, I may have assigned the wrong ranges though.
This is what I expect to be hero and Villain ranges:
100:JJ+,88-55,TdTh,TdTs,ThTs,9h9s,9h9c,9s9c,AJs+,A8s-A3s,KJs+,QJs,AdTd,AhTh,AsTs,KdTd,KhTh,KsTs,QdTd,QhTh,QsTs,JdTd,JhTh,JsTs,Ah9h,As9s,Ac9c,Th9h,Ts9s,Ad2d,Ah2h,Ac2c,AJo+,KJo+,QJo,AdTh,AdTs,AhTd,AhTs,AsTd,AsTh,AcTd,AcTh,AcTs,40:Kh9h,Ks9s,Kc9c,Qh9h,Qs9s,Qc9c,Jh9h,Js9s,Jc9c,Ad9h,Ad9s,Ad9c,Ah9s,Ah9c,As9h,As9c,Ac9h,Ac9s
Here is Villain flatting range:
100:KJs,QJs,AdTd,AhTh,AsTs,KdTd,KhTh,KsTs,JdTd,JhTh,JsTs,Ah9h,As9s,Ac9c,11:KK+,31:AQo,21:AJo,13:TdTh,TdTs,ThTs,KJo,AdTh,AdTs,AhTd,AhTs,AsTd,AsTh,AcTd,AcTh,AcTs,41:KQo,9:AQs,69:KQs,25:88,AJs,29:QdTd,QhTh,QsTs,Jh9h,Js9s,Jc9c,Th9h,Ts9s,9h8h,9s8s,9c8c,7:66-33,9h9s,9h9c,9s9c,2d2h,2d2c,2h2c,15:77.
I give him few traps and random paire that sometimes could decide decide to flat instead of going all in which I think is how he should play (Again I play cash I'm not sure about that please correct me if I'm wrong :) )

IMO Even fan player would cbet those hands most of the time on that flop so by betting I think we are just autovaluebetting ourself against a better pair!

Hello
I normally play cash so please be patient with me I just started to study MTT, I have some doubt about our cbet on this flop, especially if we think Villain could have trapped some of the time AA an KK??
I'm not playing tournaments so I can't really recommend any software but what I would do in your shoes with your time constrain is study 30bb or < and late reg tournaments by doing that you save time and learn to play the stack sizes that matter the most
