This is not exactly GTO about poker, but I believe it's important to know the fundamentals, I recommend you to watch this series of videos, and if you are interested about knowing more about the fundamentals, buy the book from the same autor, take a look:

I squueze for value Pre cause I though they had wide ranges, only had like 1 hand of P4 but I though he had a wide range because of his stack size
I checked to check-fold on the flop because was a bit distracted (my bad), then after P1 bets i realized his stats and had 100CB(3) and 100DB(4) with an AF of 5 small sample, but for me that was enough, so marked him as Aggro fish and called, after taking that line decided i had to x-call all the streets even with just A high, but my question is, what is the plan PostFlop, should I CB ?what do you think? (When i decide not to bet but check I almost never check call as the Pre Flop Aggresor, mainly check-fold or check-raise, Pretty unbalanced I know, but I think is fine in this player pool)

NL2 Zoom, V is somewhat nitty but 49 hands are kind small to get a really idea of his range, at flop I check back cause Board is Dry and I think a Bet would only value bet my self vs better hands, the pot at the river before the bets was 24cents.
If u can afford it find a psychologist that knows about poker and wont treat it like gambling (a little interview before making the first appointment should be enough for u to see if he/she will treat it like a potential job and not a gambling problem), that really helped me, since u need to know exactly why u act like that so u can start solving the problem, and a professional will really speed up the process than reading some books until u find what will really work on you
