I've been a break-even grinder for a couple of years main issue having weak mental game at the moment. I've been playing too many tables for way too long. I'm ready to take responsibility for everything I've done wrong and start unlearning the poor habits I've created over the years.
Stage 1
-NL100 from 4k to 10k
-Focus on sleeping well
-Playing 2500 quality hands a day (around 4-4.5 hours)
-Study 1 hour a day and separate that from playing and warming up.
-Learn to study more efficiently
-I will use 5 minutes after every session of playing or studying to write down thoughts and ideas.
I will post here every 10 000 hands analyzing my journey
Sidegoals:
-Stop playing other games (mobile games or chess mostly)
-Lowering caffeine intake from 3 cups to zero withing 6 weeks.
