It's better to 3B suited connectors without gap. 46s seems to loose IMO.

3bet BB vs UTG represents strong range, i really will considered fold OTR, I think his range is JJ+ AK, and only split with a few combos of AK you're blocking.

His 4bet range in UTG against your squeeze is too strong and for pure value. I really think you should fold. Few times the villain shows AK,QQ,JJ.
