About the paralysis of choice, do you think it is really that relevant to poker? There aren't that many choices in a poker hand on a certain street even with multiple bet sizes. Don't most players when potentially confused be choice just reset to some default action or bet size? Which to me is not similar to the shop example, not buying anything.

A bit of criticism if I may. Be it video format or a live presentation you should never make a PPS and then read from it. That makes a very bad presentation. Use pictures somehow related to the topic - people will remember them and then link the pic with what you were saying and it will be easier to remember.
