I’d like to see some videos where you squeeze and completely brick. That’s what I struggle with. What do I do when I squeeze n miss the flop. In this video you never missed so it’s easy user to be profitable even if you play these spots horribly. But what happens when you miss the flop

I started last year up 4.5k playing only 1/2 live. i ended the year down3k now im down 4.8k. Ive been on a long downswing and i dont know if it was from studying or what. I feel like I started losing the more i studied. When i played like a fish i was profitable. Lol. Im also hitting a lot of bad beats. AQoff on button EP open $25 3 callers. I should 3 bet because its a EP open i just call. Flop come Q84 Rainbow. EP bets again 45$ into 4 players. Everyone calls including me. Turn Q. EP bets again(!) $60 into 4 players and again everyone calls. I Jam for my remaining $320. EP folds now LJ snaps me off HJ fold Cut off fold and i get show 88 for a boat. Like why coolers and downsings. It hurts..
