phil quick couple of questions:

Fold on the flop if you like money. 

This has to be a jam all the time.  Old guy is folding a ton of his range, and button is (based on your assumptions) never calling, so unless you have a "live read" that this guy calls with A9s ATo + which he's not, he's way too nitty in your explanation to ever call correct here and just cause he's min-ing I'm not that afraid, this is always a jam.  If you forget to jam don't ever fold and make a meh bad play and flat but don't ever fold and try to always get it in pre here. 

I am leading the flop a lot of the time 225-250. I dont like c/c cause we show too much strength and nutty lines on future streets. I like c/r flop 2nd to leading, c/c maybe 10% of time multi way. I c/r to about 450-475. 

If you lead flop and get raised.. Flatting every time, i think thats obvious tho. 

Im leading all turns after c/c or c/r flopping. I think as played you must lead turn because your c/r looks so nutty on the turn now and hard to get value from anything but a cooler situation. 

I think everything is fine  up to the turn and i would take the same line most of the time, but i think folding the turn cant be an option if youre c/r flop. 

Sometimes i might lead 600-750 on the turn sometimes i c/c but that depends on if its a fish or thinking player, folding cant be an option. 

I think best think to do from turn on is to c/c turn c/c river. If you make a boat on river tho I would lead 1800-2300 whatever would induce a raise more often

If you call the turn... 

Id probably find a call on the river after x/c whole way. he has a king sometimes for a chop he has a Q here sometimes i believe and just decided to continue cause youre probably c/c a wide range on a fairly polar k88 board vs his c bets and maybe the Q is good now. He has Ak KQ and 8s here sometimes but way board ran out im calling.

If you call the turn and nothing changes...

Depends on 2 things and theyre reAd dependent imo. 1. Have you seen villain triple barrel air or is he capable? 2. Does he do this with tt or jj ever. If answer is yes to either of those and you called turn i think youre calling river. Sometimes they just have it tho.

I think he means to lead all of his non board pairing misses on turn to somewhat balance the nutted range of his hands (qq) and if 7 turns which is essentially every good card for us we check to villain.

If he's willing to c/r barrel barrel finding a call is almost impossible here unless its vs someone you have history with and you know would barrel barrel all missed draws that he would also c/r flop with lol. 

I like checking back on flops like this most of the time to avoid spots like this where you possibly could be getting blown off best hand a small percentage of the time and to pot control rest of the hand and most likely get 2 streets of value from villian.  Most competent players when oop and flop goes c/c are going to lead almost their entire range of any pairs draws gut shots overs etc on turn and give up when called and missed on river and any 2nd pair hands that lead turn and you flat turn with might give you another st of value with a river lead or river c/c on brick rivers.

whats your raise fold inflection point in terms of BB in a spot like this with KQs? For example if villian has 27 bbs instead of 21 is this still a call?  

If btn folds and sb 3bets is this a snap 4bet?
