How does your range change due to the larger opening sizing compared to 2x or 2.5x?

Why do you check at 9:40 TT IP threeway? I can imagine that betting on the bigger side is the way to go in this spot. I guess you are right that both Players should x/r quite often but I think this will MOSTLY be the case against a smaller C-Bet sizing. Furthermore I assume that you really dont want to see one of the 16 Overcards on further streets.
+ You also hold a pretty decent blocker with the T in Clubs since it blocks so many suited broadway combos which should very likely be in both player´s ranges. Would love to hear your thoughts on this specific spot :)
